To order an item from our website, please complete the following:

  1. The type of Credit Card you wish to use.
  2. Your complete name as it appears on your credit card
  3. Daytime Telephone number or a Cell phone number.
  4. Billing Address: We can only ship the billing address for the card. This will be verified with your issuing bank.
  5. Item number you are ordering, or place the order on the website to reserve the item.
  6. Method of shipping. We normally ship UPS or Fedex. Please email or Call for shipping charges.
  7. We will need the following information from your Card:
    • Credit Card number (As it appears on front)
    • Expiration date
    • 3-digit Card Verification number Value2 (CVV2) or Cardholder Validation Code 2 (CVC2) number that is located in the signature panel on the back of the Card.
    • Bank issuing name and phone number. (used for verification).

On some Card orders we may require a signature. This can be done by faxing or emailing a scan of your signature as it appears on your card. This is for not only our safety, but yours as well. All Card orders will be approved before shipping. Since many orders are International, approval may take up to a few days. On larger orders, we may also require a copy of your Legal ID card or Drivers licence for proof of identy.

By accepting the terms listed above, your are authorizing Relics of the Reich to charge your credit card for the amount of the item plus any shipping charges that may apply. By accepting these arrangements, you are also agreeing to comply with the requirements of the issuing bank for your Card.

You may call the contact information on the website for ordering by phone or email. Some items are in the US, others in Europe, please contact us first. If an order is placed with a credit card by email only, we ask you email three (3) separate emails with your information spread out for security. Its always better to call. Remember, Time zones differ all over the World, so please take this into account when calling.

We may at our choice, fax or email you a cover page for your Credit Card Signature. Thank you.
